We offer Direct Transfer & Credit Card payments.
Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards and AMEX. Credit card payments attract a 0.5% processing fee.

Customers paying by direct transfer (EFT) is only accepted for orders 48hrs or longer lead time. If ordering within 48hrs you must pay via credit card, unless prior approval in writing has been issued by Direct Local.

All payments must be received in full prior to delivery/shipping.

For all our customers who have placed your order and payment is unsuccessful your order will be held back until payment is confirmed. If you order within 24hrs, we cannot guarantee ontime delivery.

Cancellation & Refunds

Orders cancelled within 48hrs of the delivery date & time will lose 100% of payment.
Orders cancelled with more than 48hrs of the delivery date & time will get a full refund minus a handling fee of $50.
In an emergency please contact our team and we will work out a solution that works for both parties.
Any vouchers will be cancelled or promotional material must be returned if given out at the time of purchase.

If there is something wrong with the delivery or your unhappy with the order, please contact us immediately. We offer 100% refund on the item purchased if its not received in a satisfactory condition. If you purchased a package with 1 item in the package unsatisfactory, we will refund the value of the single item.

Shipping & Delivery

Currently we only Ship/deliver to a 50Km radius from Parramatta. This includes Sydney and Eastern Suburbs, Penrith & Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury and North Shore, Sutherland Shire to Campbelltown.

If you are outside this please contact us as we are happy to make special arrangements upon request.

Shipping costs are calculated by the kilometer traveled.

Deliveries will be shipped 7 days a week. Weekends attract a weekend loading penalty. We ship deliveries within the specified timeframe you select in the Checkout page. You have the ability to select a timeframe between 24hrs and 30 days in advanced.

There must be a person available to receive the delivered items. This person is responsible for the correct storage of food once received by Direct Local.

All food items are delivered “cold” ready to eat in a safe food transporting system as per legal requirements. Upon receiving your delivery, you must store the food items in safe storage of less than 5℃ for cold items & 60℃ for hot items upon receiving the delivery or consume them within 2hrs of receiving the delivery.


You must indemnify Direct Local and its employees, officers and agents and keep indemnified from and against any loss, sickness, damage, action, suit, claim or demand whatsoever, including as a result of any act or omission by you or your guests, servants, agents or contractors before, during or after the event, arising out of or in connection with:
(a) mis-handling of food after the food is delivered;
(b) any aspect of the event which has been organised by you; and/or
(c) any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
