Sometimes we get stuck in a rut and need something a little different. Here’s some handy tips that will help make your dinners a little easier (and hopefully more fun)
DOUBLE UP
Why cook for 1 night when you can cook for 2 and than the second night you get to reheat & relax.
START EARLY
While muching away at breakfast start to prepare dinner. Cutting the vegetables or peeling potatoes early helps make dinner easier.
RE-PURPOSE
Don’t be thowing the leftover out… They can become tomorrows bubble & sqeak, or an addition to an easy omelette for dinner.
PLAN, PLAN & PLAN
Everything you do is easy with a little preparation and cooking is not any different. Plan your recipes, shopping and cooking times.
ONE POT DINNER
After a quick google search, theres plenty of recipes you can make in 1 pot. Think stews, soups, braises or poached. The recipes are endless.
INVOLVE THE FAMILY
Get everyone involved from peeling the vegetable to cooking the meat to washing up or taking out the trash! Many hands = light work.
EAT OUT/ORDER IN
Take a night off and relax while you are catered for by your local restaurant or a quite night in with ready-to-eat dinners ordered in.
