We booked Hire a Chef to cater for our family dinner while on our holiday in the Blue Mountains in July. We chose to have a private chef as it enabled our family to relax and not be in the confines of a restaurant (we have three grand children 2, 8 and 10 years). It was the best decision! Hire-a Chef catered the reception after our son's garden wedding. Matt was great to communicate with, always quick to respond and helpful with suggestions and lots of options and choices. We wanted a casual feel so had canapes which were provided over a three hour period. He adapted some of my food choices to suit our vegetarian guests and the chef and waitress on site were very professional but also very friendly and the food was fabulous and plenty of it.
